The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material, allowing it to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range for styling is around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles, which are essential for maintaining color over an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed, further limiting the ability to modify the color.

The steps for wearing the wig are as follows: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) secure the wig in place.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves the following process: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; apply shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style, and then allow it to air dry naturally.

It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time. To address this, use a wide-tooth comb to gently brush the hair from the ends to the roots, which will help prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use your fingers for combing.

Please note that the hairstyle of the wig may vary slightly from the batch due to the hand-trimming process. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Additionally, the color may differ slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

The wig is 100% brand new and made of high-temperature fiber. Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig may be slightly out of shape when you receive it. However, you can easily comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will be restored to the same appearance as in the picture.

The wig is approximately 12 inches (30 cm) in length, and the maximum circumference of the cap is around 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error margin of 1-2 cm. The size is adjustable.
